Devesh Garande is the Founder of RKH BIM Consultant, a specialised BIM consulting firm delivering intelligent, high-performance digital solutions for complex infrastructure and building projects. Holding a Master's in Global BIM Management from Zigurat Institute of Technology, Barcelona, he combines international expertise with practical, on-ground execution experience.

He has played a key role in major aviation infrastructure projects, including Navi Mumbai International Airport — where he led BIM modelling for 18 ancillary buildings — and is currently driving multidisciplinary BIM coordination at Lucknow International Airport Concourse, spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and ICT systems.

His vision at RKH is to partner with forward-thinking clients to deliver precision-driven BIM solutions that elevate project outcomes and redefine construction workflows.
